Kid's are a blessing!

Well, I just finished my first week of back to school.  I am a first grade teacher and I absolutely adore my job!  The first week is always hard because there are a lot of little kinks that have to be ironed out and sometimes there are tears that have to be dealt with from little ones.  It is a trying time and a tiring one also!  However, I know this is what God has called me to do and with that said, I know that He will give me the strength I need to do the job that He has called me to do.  Sometimes it feels like what I do is not appreciated, however I know that my job has eternal rewards!  I love it when kids that I have taught in the past come up and give me a big hug and I love knowing that I can make such an impact in the life of a child.  Knowing this keeps me focused and serious about the job that I am doing.  I know that it is going to be a great year and I look forward to getting to know each one of these children and their individuality!  God has made each of them unique and it is up to me to discover this.  What an awesome responsibility!  I consider myself blessed!!
